Call Control with the Call Manager

Get desktop notifications with the uScreen Call Manager Window. The window appears on your desktop when you receive an incoming call or fax.

Forward the call: Forwarding the incoming call to another destination is quick and easy. The Forward button allows you to forward the call to one of your predefined uReachMe numbers (e.g., work or home), or to enter a new destination number.

Send directly to voicemail: If you don't want to answer an incoming call you can press the Voicemail button to send that caller directly to your uReach voicemail box. If the caller starts to leave a message you can listen to the voicemail as it's being left and even interrupt the message and connect to the caller. If you were logged into uScreen but missed some calls the Call Manager allows you to view the calls. If any of them resulted in a voicemail message you can listen to the message without having to go to your account.

Send a predetermined response to your caller: When you have an incoming call the Call Manager Response button allows you to select from a series if canned responses or type out your own response which will then be heard by your caller. So for example, you can type "I am on the phone and will call you back after lunch" and your caller will hear that in a text to speech voice.

Call Back capability: If you missed a call use the Call Back button to return their call.

Missed Call Notifications: Get a missed call notification on your desktop when you miss a call or fax.



Address Book

Custom images and ringtones: In conjunction with the uScreen release we made improvements to our address book. Now you can add custom images and ringtones and personalize your experience with uScreen.

Use custom images/avatars for your contacts. From your address book upload your own image or use one that uReach provides to visually represent each of your contacts. Once your contact calls you the Call Manager will pop up and display their image.

Hear custom audio for your contacts. From your address book upload your own WAV/MP3 or use one that uReach provides to audibly represent each of the contacts. Once your contact calls you the Call Manager will pop up and play their ringtone.
