Follow these steps to get your new account up and running:
- Set up your cell phone to work with SpinVox Voicemail
- Click here to view the activation table in the FAQ.
- Log in to your account
- Go to www.ureach.com/spinvox.
- Enter your cell phone number (the number that you registered with).
- Enter your PIN (that you selected during signup).
- Choose how you want your conversions delivered
- Click on Options near the top right corner and click on the Conversions tab.
- Click the Enable voicemail conversion box.
- Check the boxes for how you want your conversions delivered:
SMS/Text Message, Email Message, or IM (Instant Message).
- If you chose Email:
Enter the email address(es) where would like to receive converted messages.
- If you chose IM:
Select your IM Network and enter your identifier where would like to receive converted messages.
- Set up your greeting
- Dial 800-875-9156 from your phone and enter your PIN.
- If you call from another phone, you'll have to enter your cell phone number, and then your PIN.
- Follow the instructions to record your personal greeting.
- Test it!
- Dial your cell phone from any other phone.
- Let it ring, and leave a message when you hear your greeting.
- You'll receive an SMS, IM and/or an email (as you've selected) within a few minutes.
What else can I do?
- Listen to your messages from your phone
- Dial 800-875-9156 from your phone and enter your PIN.
- If you call from another phone, you'll have to enter your cell phone number, and then your PIN.
- Follow the instructions to listen to your messages.
- Listen to your messages on the web
- Go to www.ureach.com/spinvox.
- Enter your cell phone number (the number that you registered with).
- Enter your PIN (that you selected during signup).
- Manage your voicemail box
- You don't need to!
Old messages are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Download and archive voice messages to your PC
- Log in to your account at www.ureach.com/spinvox.
- Click on Messages near the top right corner.
